  • I work with cross-functional teams as a junior UX designer to develop user-centered design solutions. I carry out user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and help with usability testing on a daily basis. I also help to create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that improve the overall user experience at workplace.

  • I have consistently learnt new skills and improved those I already had as a junior UX designer and developed my skills with design softwars.Also in order to further inform my design decisions, I have also increased my knowledge of user research methodology, usability testing procedures, and data analysis in the field.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My programme is excellent. It is tremendously rewarding to have the chance to mix creativity, problem-solving, and user empathy. I get a lot of satisfaction from designing user interfaces that are simple to use and visually appealing. It's a fulfilling profession that pushes me to advance my knowledge and skills.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is structured and well-organized. A precise structure has been established for carrying out user research, producing design deliverables, and working with team members. Progress is monitored and changes are made as needed through regular feedback sessions and milestones. This methodical technique enables me to maintain focus and make valuable contributions to the design process.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • To assist me advance in my position, they offer direction, mentoring, and resources. To make sure that my development complies with corporate objectives, regular check-ins and feedback meetings are held. The welcoming environment fosters teamwork and lets me ask for help when I need it, which helps me advance professionally.

  • They offer thorough training materials, access to pertinent resources, and guidance from seasoned experts in the field. Regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and chances for skill development all help to make sure I'm on track and making headway towards completing my degree. Support from the training provider is essential to my success and professional development.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I now have a strong foundation in UX principles, processes, and best practises thanks to the information and abilities I acquired through the qualification. This makes it possible for me to approach design projects from a more educated and strategic angle, leading to solutions that are better for users.

  • There are social events that promote togetherness and a favourable work atmosphere, such as team outings, holiday parties, and departmental gatherings. There are also chances to join sports teams, take part in wellness initiatives, and go to business networking events. These events offer an  advance professional development outside of routine work tasks.

They emphasise professional development, have a global presence that offers opportunity for exposure to various projects and clients, and their collaborative working atmosphere encourages learning and development. someone  field would find it  gratifying experience.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to DXC. Technology?
  • To be prepared to give specific examples of your ability to solve problems and how you have dealt with difficulties in the IT business. Draw attention to flexibility and capacity for quick learning in demanding circumstances and also attend the welfares and events involving the company to get more information.
