HR Advisor Review

As a HR Advisor my role consists of onboarding, changes in terms and conditions, payroll and pension changes.

I have learnt new skills during my course, it gave me opportunities to move around the business learning new skills and areas

My employer was very supportive, my manager in the office mainly helped and supported me with each section of the course

My training provider was good. They did not check in so much throughout the course and towards the end. I reached out to my provider on a few occasions with a swift response.

I perform better in my role as I have learnt about the wider parts of HR - including the employment law and recruitment

There is lots of events and activities including community days, charity events, recruitment days out. We also have football teams
