  • In order to create leads and close agreements for my organisation, it is my responsibility to spot trends and opportunities. On a daily basis, my attention will be on market research and trend analysis, networking with potential clients, maintaining client relationships, creating sales plans, and conducting sales calls and meetings. Along with creating sales materials and presenting to clients, I will also actively collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are successful.

  • Yes, I have learned some additional skills and developed existing skills in my role as Business Development Manager. I have learned how to work with specialized tools for research and industry analysis, strengthened my communication skills for sales and client presentations, and improved my negotiation skills to close deals. Additionally, I have also increased my ability to think strategically, creating strategies for target markets and sales opportunities.

  • I receive regular updates about any changes in industry trends and customer needs. This enables me to adjust my strategies and activities accordingly. Additionally, I am provided with complete support and guidance from the management team to ensure that all tasks and objectives are completed successfully. This helps me stay on track and ensures that I am able to deliver successful results for my company.

  • My employer provides me with a very high level of support. They regularly provide feedback and guidance to ensure that I am able to perform my role to the best of my ability.   • I have been very pleased with the level of support I receive from my training provider. They are always available to answer any of my questions and provide guidance when needed. Additionally, they provide helpful resources such as detailed online course materials which have helped me gain a better understanding of the topics. Furthermore, they regularly check in with me to ensure that I am staying on track and provide additional resources when needed.

  • I was able to perform better in my position as business development manager because to the training I obtained from my training provider. First off, the online course materials have helped me better comprehend the field, giving me more knowledge about target markets and strategy development. In addition, the curriculum has taught me vital skills and techniques for client and sales presentations, as well as negotiating tactics that have increased the number of agreements I've been able to close. Overall, I believe that having this qualification has contributed to my career and allowed me to do more for my firm.

Additionally, there are various volunteer programs that the company supports, which allows employees to give back to the community and make a positive impact.
