I work in SAM, I manage licenses for customers and talk to the customers about their license entitlement.
I have increased my skill set within in excel since starting this apprenticeship as well as learning new formulas for excel.
I enjoy the programme because my learning mentor isn't always serious and allows a fun environment,
I know what I am meant to do and what is expected of me and by what time and date.
I receive a lot of support from my employer as I am always asked if I need help with my apprenticeship.
I have constant support from my training provider as there is a 24 hour email that I can go to if I ever get stuck.
I feel as though my qualification allows me to do my job more efficiently and gives me time to increase my knowledge level.
Yes, we have a lot of social activities within softcat.
