  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Working with the supply chain team to ensure that all goods and supplies are delivered on time and within budget is my responsibility as the logistics coordinator. Organising and scheduling deliveries, talking with clients and vendors about delivery issues, monitoring supplies, negotiating shipping contracts, and controlling the movement of goods by working with carriers and warehouses are just a few of my routine duties. Im also in responsible of overseeing logistical operations to make sure they are effective and efficient as well as keeping track of all transactions, orders, and other essential data.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, after accepting this employment, I have gained some new talents. Ive enhanced my ability to detect and resolve logistical problems quickly and effectively by expanding my knowledge of logistics and supply chain management procedures. To achieve the greatest outcome for clients and suppliers, I have also improved my communication and bargaining skills. I now know more about how to manage international shipments and transportation networks.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy working in logistics and find great enjoyment in working with customers, suppliers, and other parties to make sure that deliveries are made quickly and economically. Im proud of the effort I did to make sure the logistics process was successful and efficient. Navigating the continuously changing logistics landscape is one of the most exciting and challenging aspects of my profession.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Our programme is really well designed and organised. From the first shipments to the last mile delivery, the department has a procedure in place for every step of the process. Delivery schedules are carefully planned and monitored, and daily reports and feedback are gathered to keep audit trails current. Additionally, process and procedure reviews and revisions are done on a regular basis. In addition, frequent audits are performed to make sure we adhere to regulatory standards.

  • My employer is really supportive of me. I have access to resources like training and tools that help me do my job as well as I can. They also give me clear objectives and instructions, enabling me to be sure that all crucial tasks have been completed swiftly and successfully. They also provide me with regular feedback so I can monitor my progress and make sure Im on course.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My company and the training provider are fantastic at helping me out. My employer provides me with regular learning opportunities and advice from competent logistics specialists in order to assist me better understand the logistics process and processes. To ensure that I acquire the knowledge and credentials I need to be successful in my career, my training provider provides helpful resources, suggestions, and customised support. They offer opportunities for further study and are always available to answer questions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • While working and pursuing my certifications, my company and training facility provide me with a tonne of support. My employer acts as my mentor, providing guidance when needed and explicit directions. I have access to a variety of resources from my training provider to make sure I understand the topic and effectively fulfil my assignments. I also have access to a private tutor who is willing to help me out and answer any queries I might have.

  • Yes, my employer does provide extracurricular activities that I can take part in. We routinely host networking events and team socials, which are wonderful opportunities to get to know one another outside of the workplace. Our employees have access to a variety of extracurricular and sports teams. Our company also promotes and assists staff members who go to seminars and conferences for professional development. These events are beneficial for enhancing ones understanding of our industry and developing connections with other businesspeople.

  • Yes, I would without a doubt recommend CEVA Logistics to a friend. Working for the organisation and in my role as a logistics coordinator has been enjoyable for me. The company is very helpful and provides personnel with plenty of learning opportunities, which I have found to be essential for advancing my career. The company is also committed to providing excellent customer service and is always looking for ways to improve its standards and practises.

  • Consider the following advice before submitting an application to CEVA Logistics: Do your research on the company beforehand, and be prepared to demonstrate your familiarity with both the position and the industry. Dont be afraid to ask questions; the crew is always willing to help. Be open to learning new things. In order to get the job, be sure to emphasise your pertinent skills and experience throughout the interview. Focus on projecting the same enthusiasm that the team here has for what they dos what will make you successful at work.
