I have learnt parts that can help me progress to deputy manager.
I have enjoy every part of the programme. My coach has been very helpful with everything and very supportive.
Very well organised, all planned out in the order being trained.
I have received quite a lot of support from management in getting my off the job hours
My training provider Ryan bowes has been absolutely amazing in supporting me and helping me through the programme even when I doubt myself.
It has given me a better understanding of work and better ways of doing things within work.
We don’t have any extra curricular activities at work
Yes
They are a very good company to work for, providing support and ways to progress and also a Good salary.
Definitely give it a go, I’m so glad I carried on with it rather than leaving the programme.
