Designing and delivery of training solutions to our manufacturing departments.
I have both learnt new skills and developed existing ones.
It was both challenging and enjoyable with a clear end goal.
Given that after the first workshop the world started the Covid lockdown ,the training provider was excellent in how it changed over to Microsoft teams for the rest of the delivery of the workshops, this actually helped with some of the course content which dealt with digital delivery.
I was given time off the job to allow me to take part in the workshops.
The support was excellent in what were challenging times for everyone.
It has given me a recognised qualification and a better understanding to allow me to progress and improve my day to day delivery of training.
