I have been provided a range of tasks to give me an idea of my role in the future and have been given the opportunity to ask questions and provide a fresh outlook on audit.
I have learnt how to use all of the audit systems in place at PwC as well as massively developing my excel skills and have vastly improved my typing accuracy and speed
While i enjoy the programme it can be very overwhelming and stressful at times.
Everyone has been welcoming and aware of our presence. We have received constant updates about how we are doing and what is required from us keeping us updated at all times.
We have lots of different support lines at all levels to help us should we have questions about work or support in day to day life.
Having already done some exams in this field I feel I can apply to the job role very well and gave me a basic understanding of most areas when i started the role.
Yes, there has been two social activity since i have been here but other than that i have heard limited things to help me get involved elsewhere.

Because it is an inclusive enviornment that helps anyone feel comfortable and allows you to excel in your learning as all are open to questions and encourage questions.
Be yourself, don't be afraid to ask questions and get stuck in but make sure you are ready for some hard work and some long hours
