I am in charge of the planning, implementation, and management of goods and materials flow within a companys supply chain. This involves everything from the procurement of raw materials through the delivery of completed goods to clients. I collaborate with other departments to create logistics plans for the transfer of products and commodities. Forecasting demand, determining transportation choices, and planning shipping timetables are all part of this process.
I have learned and honed new skills. I learned how to track shipments, manage stocks, and identify supply chain patterns using data analysis tools.
