We have a monthly 1-1 were we go over my apprenticeship, they check up on me regularly and are always there if I need a hand.
We again have monthly 1-1 meetings, but I can reach my coach by phone or email if I need them between then.
I feel it helps as it teaches me things about how an organisation works, and what goes on in different areas
