My role in the company is to work in the yard and operate forklifts for unloading loading and picking, we help the community's buy supplying building materials for customer all over areas. I help the customers find the right building products for their work .
I have learned new skills such as driving a counter balance forklift and a reach side-loader forklift, I also gained knowledge on products that we stock and special products that we order for customers. I also learned loads of new health and safety processors in the work place.
Iv enjoyed every part of it going from meetings to assignments gaining that knowledge from it all.
I found it was very organised and well planned out by the coaches. I understood what they needed me to do.
I also had the support there when i needed it all i had to do was ask.
I had all the support they could possibly give me when i need the help from them gaining knowledge
I have gained a better understanding on the company because of the learning from the apprenticeship i feel like i have achieved soo much since iv been on the program.

The company is brilliant and really supportive they want everyone to be happy with the job they are doing also they are one of the most safest company out there we are really good with health and safety too.
Go for it your learn soo much and gain loads of new skills and knowledge and even get a forklift licensed.
