My main role is reactive in terms of processing orders for customers and sourcing products for customers. I speak mainly on the phone and via email. We use TP branches where possible and Keyline branches as well as using direct orders.
Yes, I learnt how to manage time effectively. I learnt how to ask for the PO. I learnt new skills and knowledge as this was a new industry to me.
I really enjoyed it, so much that I want to enroll onto a new course.

Lots of support the coaches were always on hand to offer their assistance and provide help where they could.

Great team to work in not just internally but externally too everyone is working towards one thing and it is excellent how people pull together to get the job done.
