my role involves have a look at the financial data provided by the clients and spot for any error or fraud make they sure they are free from misstatements and testing of transactions and make sure they are accurate. making sure all balances agree to the tb that they provided
over the course of placement there are various skills which i developed on, such as my excel skills which helped me save a lot of time in testing of data, communication skills and how to communicate with the client and my team, furthermore my email writing skills have also developed
i thoroughly enjoy my programme it is a bit challenging but i love, it gives a flying start to my career and helps me develop skills. it gives me the best mix of both corporate world and the student life and helps me manage tasks. it gives an overview how the professional life works and what is expected out of me
it is pretty much organised, a lot a bit intense lot of take in after the first semester the social life take a hit after that, but i am trying to manage both, definitely it is interesting but difficult at the same time hope it goes well in the upcoming year
received full support from my employer through out the placement asked many questions as well and they made sure that i was understanding everything and i was comfortable. they took care of my wellbeing offered me snacks invited my to team drinks made me feel part of the team surely.
my training provider held well being calls and made sure that we are not having a tough time during our placement and everything is going smooth
definitely made me understand things a lot quicker and saved a lot of time of my employer having to explain me again
had the opportunity to for the team drinks with and attended the annual summer ball held by the company
