managing the store team and managing the operations of the store to make sure the store is running efficiently and successfully problem free. I manage the team and make sure tasks are delegated to them and they know what to do during the working day. My job involvesbeing a good team leader
I have learnt a lot from the apprenticeship. For example, I have become a better team leader to my team and have been able to learn more about time management and planning.
It was simple and very easy to do. Coursework is done and you do a webinar every couple of months and then go away and write up what you have learnt
