Early Years Apprentice Review

my role involves caring and providing for children, helping them learn, explore and grow. ensuring they are developing ready for primary school.

everyday i am learning new things throughout my role on the job. my course work and re search tasks allow me to expand my knowledge.

i am really enjoying my course as i love learning new things about the career i love and applying my knowledge to my practice.

i think my course is well structures and gives me a good amount of time to complete each peice.

my emplyer is always available to give me help whenever nescessary. she is approachable and welcoming and supports me.

my trainer is always easily available if i ever need any help towards my coursework and ensures i am okay with the work being given incase i have any questions or worries and makes sure i have enough time to complete my work.

my course has definetly helped me in my role as it has expanded my knowledge on the area
