Hands-on Manager, team of 2 designers, admin, costing, tracking and logging of jobs. Producing estimates and all design and print consultancy within BU and wider business.
Yes - mostly "soft" management skills
Very much - it's hard work and I struggle with timeframes - possibly because I want to produce the best quality work I can
Very good - the portal and layout of the segments needs concentration to ensure accuracy of recorded data

Very good, available 3 days a week which is amazing considering they have full time commitments with other courses
I never got a Degree, or formal managerial training. This strengthens my position within the company and gives me an opportunity to seek other employment if I wish.
Some, ussually based around planning meetings. I am home-based and head office is over 100 miles away.
