1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I have started my apprenticeship later last year and I have found the course very interesting and have learnt a lot of new information and been able to show new strategies in my teaching because of this. My assessor is very helpful.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have gained a lot of new skills from starting this course, I have been able to understand how to do referencing and how to promote positive behaviour through teaching.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my course especially learning new information through research or webinars set by trained tutors and to be able to reflect this by explaining what I have learnt or how we have things implemented in our nursery and expressing different developmental approaches.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have a full understanding on what is requested for my tasks and the way the programme is run. I understand how tasks are set and how I go about completing them and if I need support on how to complete a task my assessor is always able to explain things in a different way.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

a lot of support from my employer. If I need something explaining they are more than happy to help.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is very helpful in the way information is given and goes above and beyond to assist myself when working towards my goals and targets.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have a lot more confidence in being able to express things and how to dela in a variety of different scenarios.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

No, I occasionally do but rarely as I like to spend time with friends and family in my spare time.

I think the way the course is set out is really good the way tasks are set or how information is passed on to others.
