Customer service, controlling stock by counting and put deliveries away.
Yes, course gave me everything I needed to become an assistant store manager.
It was hard work but worth it in the end.
Very good, allows enough time for each module to be completed. Only suggestion would be to start the EPA earlier to allow more time for project.
A lot, was able to complete work within my day to day role.
A lot, I knew I was able to contact my coach with any questions and I would receive an answer.
Without the training I have receive, I would not have been promoted to assistant store manager. The training provided me with the insight for my role.

Be prepared to put the hours in, it will seem hard work but all worth it. Take the advice from your coach leader.
