  • Managing a senior region of 38 shops across Scotland and Northern Ireland, dealing with HR, Property, Project Managing, Strategy Writing, community work.

  • Loads - project tools and techniques are the biggest learning for me. But also budgeting, financial management and many useful tools for everyday work

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I found it difficult to fit it in to my role in my working hours, the 2 day zooms were hard to concentrate but also to build rapport with others in my cohort

  • Very structured - 2 day zooms, workshops, assignments and the use of Aptem tying everything together

  • My apprenticeship sponsor was supportive but meetings were all booked by me and I felt that I had to push for support, for protected time and for any advice

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Plenty - I changed tutor throughout the course and my second tutor was always available for any support, questions and help

  • By giving me tools and techniques to help manage my role in a day to day nature but also allowed me to understand how I can run projects effectively.

  • None that are organised and regular

  • The people are so friendly and everything we do makes a difference to people in need
