my day to day roles are keeping on contact with customers, designing kitchens, maximising lead finding, keep on top of deliveries and orderings stock for orders.
I have learned about insights and understanding how different people work in order to see thing from their perspective and also to give them the best overall experience.
I enjoy the every day to day work.
I don't believe it could have been structured any differently.
a good amount. There was time where I had to put the apprenticeship aside in order to do daily jobs however towards the end I was given a lot of time to complete everything.
The training provider gave a lot of support. If I ever needed them they was there.
I personally don't believe that it makes a huge difference to my role at all. However if you are new to the industry it would be great to start with.
