I am a pre-school assistant, my roll is to support and aid in teaching pre-school aged children in their development and preparing them for their transition into foundation/reception.
I believe I've learnt many new skills but also developed on existing skills. one thing im am very proud of so far is passing my level 2 functional skills reading and writing exams.
I enjoy program a lot, although I do tend to find things a little overwhelming at times. I think this is because my life seems to but very busy with my own children.
very well organised, its just I can become unorganiesd myself with it all.
All the support they can give me. They have been amazing and so supportive so far.
I couldn't ask my training provider for any more support, she's been amazing! She encourages me so much and insists that I believe in myself more. She is all round amazing!
Its teaching me things that I never even knew before and guiding me on how to use and implement these new skills professionally and appropriately.
We have regular staff meetings and also end of term meals. We sometimes organise our own meet ups too.
Yes
Amazing company to work for, great team, professional, supportive, the list could keep on going.
