Yes, during my time I have gained both Gas qualifications and Electrical qualifications.
I've enjoyed the programme immensely, learning new skills and gaining new qualifications along the way
Very well organised. It was well paced and covered by experienced engineers
Plenty. Peers, mentors, trainers and SAE's and always available when required
The training plan as been agreed with the training provider and this is what the trainers are working too
To do my role I need the qualifications to continue in my role
Group meetings etc with other trams

Development opportunities are there, however, you will need to put the work in if that's what you want. You need to take some of your own responsibility
