I really enjoying my programme as I can learn new skills in the workplace whilst studying the theory through my training provider. All my colleagues and tutor have been willing to help me archive the final result.
My programme consists of doing my job in the workplace and typically I have a couple of hours each day to perform my studies or write my portfolio. With my training provider, I receive virtual support through a one-to-one meeting (usually twice a month) and on every three months I receive a formal review from my tutor and my manager.
I receive plenty of support from my manager including any assistance related to technical questions and also obtain some training led by him. I also receive support through my school management and HR if I have any questions not related to my job.
I usually attend one-to-one meetings with my tutor who helped me during my portfolio work and also with my knowledge unit exam. I also attended group workshop sessions related to each knowledge unit. They are always available when I contacted them by email.
My qualification is crucial because I have a strong opportunity to learn the theory which is recommended in my job role. Some of the practical work I cannot perform efficiently without the theory.

I recommend this company or any school in general because I think the variety of the IT system is huge. You can learn any different field in IT from Networking to CyberSecurity to Servers management; AV; CCTV and so on.
My advice is to obtain some qualifications, especially network and centralize domain if you want to apply to this school without an apprenticeship programme
