My role at Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio involved working on reception ensuring all attendance was up to date for students, ensuring students profiles where up to date and dealing with enquires from parents and external agencies.
I have developed good communication skills with different stakeholders and developed skills such as how to work in a team.
I enjoyed the programme and picked up various skills when doing it. My tutor helped me get back on track as I was falling behind and she was very supportive.
My programme was organised in terms of workload and deadlines set for the work to be handed in.
I received good support from my line manager near the end of my programme when getting me ready for my end point assessment.
I received a great deal of support from my trainer when completing my apprenticeship and also helping me with the various work that had been set.
My qualification has helped me perform throughout my role as I have more awareness when dealing with stakeholders and how to deal with them in a professional manner.
Yes, I get involved in the staff football team with my work colleagues. I also help run a cricket club after school for the students.
