I work in the Business part of BT. I take data from the software used in our service desks and create monthly incident reports. We also deal with ad hoc requests.
I have learnt loads of new skills using Excel, Powerbi and coding.
I am enjoying learning new things every day and being a part of team, who make me feel like a valued member of the team.
My programme is well organised and I am always aware of where I should be and how I am doing.
I receive loads of support from my team and my employer, I have weekly meetings with my mentor and weekly meetings with teams.
I receive a lot of support from my provider and have monthly check-ins and we use a portal where I can message them.
I feel my qualifications will help me do my day to day job as I can bring new ideas and things we don't use within the company.
There are lots of networking events that I am involved in.
