    • - Supporting Audit Team Managers with admin tasks - Conducting ad-hoc audit work

    • - Learnt more about the theory behind audit, mostly developed my knowledge rather than skills

    • - I did enjoy the programme but it was a lot of extra work on top of my job role that I did not always have allocated time to complete - For example, learning journal entries were very time consuming

    • The programme was very well organised and structured, for example my talent coach always scheduled regular meetings and took these very seriously

    • - My employer was very supportive, however during busier periods I was not allocated enough time to complete my apprenticeship work

    • - The training provider was very supportive, however communication was sometimes a bit unclear, particularly with exams and assessments

    • - My qualification has allowed me to hugely develop my knowledge about the role of audit, which has helped me to ensure my audit work meets international standards

    • Potentially, however I have not attended these

    • Expect to work extremely hard, but also feel rewarded
