My role as a Regional Human Resources Administrator involves administrating and advising employees on the employee life cycle
I have developed my presenting, organizational and people management.
I enjoyed the programme as it develops my skills and knowledge in the HR sector.
I meet with my training assessor every 2 months so communication can sometimes be difficult
Limited support from employer due to completing this apprenticeship on long side my job role.
Quite a bit of support however I could be given more
By completing this apprenticeship it gives me a better insight into difficult areas, skills and behaviours of HR.
I have recently be involved in the Summer Part which will be taking place in September. I am also a first aider and a fire warden
