Very supportive. I understand what to do and how to progress.
Monthly meetings with my tutor, but can also get any help when needed.
A lot dedicated set days off for training days and regular coaching sessions.
My tutor gives a lot of feedback over my work which we discuss in our meetings and sends us weekly and monthly targets.
A lot of my job requires me to speak with customers. Most of the time my qualification gives me the skills to do so.
As well as joining the organisation's fantasy football league, I also get overviews of different departments.
