  • Monthly meetings with my tutor, but can also get any help when needed.

  • A lot dedicated set days off for training days and regular coaching sessions.

  • My tutor gives a lot of feedback over my work which we discuss in our meetings and sends us weekly and monthly targets.

  • A lot of my job requires me to speak with customers. Most of the time my qualification gives me the skills to do so.

  • As well as joining the organisation's fantasy football league, I also get overviews of different departments.

  • Very supportive. Many career paths to chose from. Lastly, on-going training.
