At the moment, I'm completing PLA Training as well as taking on as much information as possible from people more experienced than myself in order to grow as a worker and independently.
Teamwork is a extremely integral part of Pfizer's functioning which has allowed me to develop my own skills in conversing with people and sharing opinions. Additionally, the ability to adapt is also very important especially for a new starter such as myself as you need to take on a lot of new information in order to be able to preform well in your given role.
Very welcoming and easy to get along with people allowing me to enjoy the programme a lot, however I've only just started.
Very thought out, respect university work time if extra is needed and allow for the 2 to intertwine and compliment each other very well.
Several programmes are in place so I feel I can always go to someone if needs be.
Only just began but I believe they have my best interest in mind and will help me anyway they can.
Allows me to obtain a deeper understanding as to why things happen rather than me blindly recording data down and actually being able to explain trends and why've they occurred
