1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

At the moment it involves a lot of training to get used to the policies and behaviours of the company. I have various meetings with various people from different departments in which I learn some of the many aspects that contribute to the mission of the company.

Many Interpersonal skills, as well as a basis of chemical manufacturing on a large scale

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

To a large extent. This is a place driven to supporting the talent they see in apprentices. They do a great job of offering many different experiences which boost our learning.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, my calendar is very busy.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

They are always at the ready to answer any queries I might have, sometimes I don't use them as there are so many different people to get help from.

Enough, although I just started my university.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it would give me a greater understanding of the whole department I am currently working in.

There are many social activities, of which I have attended all so far.

Research the work Pfizer do, this is a high value company so you can't give anything less than 100% commitment.
