I started on the Tech Services team shadowing colleagues, i then moved to the security team and then the deskside team where again i shadowed colleagues and i then moved to service desk providing support to users and helping with issues.
I have developed lots of technical skills throughout my role inside and outside of my apprenticeship tutor learning.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship and i have learned lots of new and helpful skills.
It was very well structured and organised and was easy to fit into my work hours.
Lots of support from employer
lots of support - always easy to contact when help was needed and answered every question i had.
It has helped me learn lots of new skills that have been helpful in my role such as how to help with certain issues, look for issues and avoid issues.
My workplace has social activities organized within teams or Christmas/summer parties.
