There is a clear path of working and access to find all work that is to be completed
I found my employer quite supportive when needed
After switching assessors i found that I was pushed better to succeed and complete my work

I think this company are able to support apprentices to become practitioners
To be themselves and not be afraid to ask for support it can be an overwhelming experience at times but it is worth it
