Running a shift as duty manager and supporting management on shift
I have learnt the different styles of leading a shift, market shares and looked more into the business side of my work rather than the practical side
I enjoy learning new things about how the business operates and how to improve my work
Very well organised and understanding when I can’t meet deadlines
A lot of support when management aren’t off sick or issues arise that come first
