My role involves overseeing the running of the store during different day parts and to ensure procedures are being followed.
I have developed my communication and people skills. I have learned more about planning. I have learned about stock management and food safety.
I enjoy my programme. It is helping me to develop my confidence.
I have a clear plan and tasks that have deadlines for me
I receive scheduled days, in which I have allocated time to complete my learning
I can message or call when I have any questions and get advice or help
It gives me more confidence within myself and my decision making, and also helps to teach me about different business needs.
