My job roles is picking customers delivery orders and making sure it gets shipped at the right time and date
I have learnt new skills in merchandising and stock control and customer service
I really enjoy the programme and learning new things
Its very well organised and very in depth and really helps with the order the programme is structured
I receive lots of support from employer they provide transport and time off to do the programme
I receive lots of support from my training provider that help guide and train me towards my qualifications
Its as helped me massively improve on my job role and has been noticed by management at work that have complemented me on my improvement through my training provider
We do team events for charity
