My job is a unit manager role. I provide a holistic Person-centred care to the individual's in our home. I also provide guidance and support to my team members
Whilst completing my NVQ, I have implemented my knowledge into my work.
Yes, it was tough but I had forseen that it was completed in a timely manner.

Realise is an easy platform to use whilst completing the programme. Anyone lucky enough to have the tutor I did will progress in a timely manner.
Stay positive. It is a difficult programme but there is a positive outcome.
