Looking after the children providing an early years education based around the EYFS
I have learnt an amazing amount about how children learn and how to communicate effectively with children.
I love my job and and would like to continue my learning journey further.
Sometimes there are communication issues and links to webinars don’t get sent times get mixed up resulting in missed webinars.
My employer is great they always work with me when needing to change appointments and give me time to complete work needed
I think that my training officer is really easy to communicate and sorts out issue’s efficiently
It provides lots of opportunities to learn more.
We have a Christmas do coming up.
