I process payments and deal with queries from Third - Party companies and Financial Advisers to ensure everything to do with these areas run smoothly.
I have developed lots of new ICT skills on numerous software's since joining SJP. As well as this I have developed skills such as teamwork and independent work because as much as we're all working together as a team to complete tasks, I have to manage my workload to keep clients happy
I enjoy my programme a lot. My team is amazing and very helpful and the day to day tasks are interesting. There's always something to do too, I'm never sat bored or thinking about what I can do next which is really nice.
It's very well organised. Everything I need to do daily is very well explained and if for some reason I was confused or didn't understand something, I can just ask and always am answered straight away.
Loads of support. He's always checking on me making sure I understand what I'm doing which is comforting. He's very approachable so any question I have I always feel comfortable in asking, never worried it's a silly question.
I receive lots of support from my training provider. He's very good at emailing back if I have any questions and will help me with any situation or put me in contact with someone who can better than him
Both my qualification and job role compliment each other well so I learn things from each of them which I can implement into one and other
There's a 6aside team within my department I've been invited to join. I always see emails and posts about lots of things I could participate in so there's something for everyone
Yes
It's a very welcoming and rewarding company to be apart of. Everyone is really nice and the work I find is really interesting. There's so much to get involved with in and outside the company, it's just a great company to be at
Ask any question you can think of, no question is a silly question. Get to know the other apprentices you're joining with at the keep warm sessions before you start and say yes to as many events and days out as you can and really give the process your all, it really is a great company to be apart of
