  • I really enjoy my programme. It is great to develop my skills relating to the job and also learn more about the company as whole.

  • The programme is very well structured and great support is given.

  • I have received fantastic support from my employer. All staff members and managers are always willing to help in any way they can.

  • The training provider is excellent and always willing to help and guide when needed.

  • I definitely feel that this qualification will help me to perform better in my role. It has already given me more confidence and knowledge about my job role.

  • Yes, I am very lucky to have great team mates and we regularly do social/work activities together. Some of this is paid for by my employer.

  • It is very important to build rapport with customers in this environment due to its nature. If you are hardworking, good working in a team and friendly towards customers, and also teammates you will do in this company.
