My role involves creating solutions for the company via digital and AI solutions, as well helping develop data analysis structures to help the company become a more data-driven organisation.
Yes I have learnt many new skills both technical and as a person. The apprenticeship and GLP Training have helped me grow both professionally and develop a skillset that is very useful in todays world.
i thoroughly enjoyed the programme.
Very well organised throughout
I've received support right from looking at what apprenticeship would be most suitable for me, all the way through to gateway and end point assessment
Lots of support from both my team and my manager.
The training has aided me in increasing my skillset and giving me the confidence both in myself and during team meetings.
Lots of extra activities including team social and bonding events, group lunches as well as company-wide events such as quizzes, parties etc. We also took part in a corporate sports day this year against other local companies which was great fun.
Yes
Because the company truly values learning and development for their staff, providing everybody with the opportunity to develop, whether it be via apprenticeships or other forms of upskill. The company culture is also something that many companies I've worked at before did not have.
To look out for any vacancies and apply, whether it's an apprenticeship vacancy or other. There's jobs both office, remote and hybrid so roles could be where you're based.
