  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • This apprenticeship has been arranged and organised very well in terms of organising face to face work shops at Hexham branch and having Google Meet calls to do apprenticeship learning reviews and to look at any upcoming work we had to do in our modules. I always had someone to contact (Josie) when i needed help with any work and she was quick to reply and happy to help out.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Through-out the year, Dove's take part in many activites like the Three peak challenge and helping with raising money for CHUF. This allows people from various branches to take part together, get to know eachother better and to raise money for a good cause. JT Dove tend to do a different activity every year and this year was the Great North Run.
