y role as a childrens residential support worker is i look after the children in the home, maintain the hime cleanliness and support the young people with day to day life such as taking them to apointments, events, seeing friends etc.
I recently became a keyworker to a young lad at the home and have learnt the skills to be a good keyworker
I enjoy what im doing at my work and its really great to learn in more depth
