Leading the Guest service team for The Trafford Centre - dealing with complaints, lost and found, staff welfare and training, coaching, planning, selling giftcards, KPI reporting.
Understanding why we do things, how to motivate the team, how to plan projects and budgets etc.
I am really enjoying the course.
