Amazing nursery with lots of opportunities of personal development. Friendly and supportive team
I have learnt a lot of new things since I started as a volunteer and now doing my level 3 apprenticeship
I enjoy the programme very much however it can be difficult at times as I work full time and have 2 children
The programme is very well structured however it would have been better to follow the units in order rather than setting up random ones each month
A lot of support whenever necessary
Whenever needed
I feel like I’m learning new skills and strengthen old ones that make sense in practice along with the theory
Yes we do organise events for team building skills
Yes
It is very rewarding to have a lot of knowledge that goes hand in hand with the practical skills at work. I can say I’ve become already more confident and posses leadership skills
Just go for it !
