Ensuring we are supporting and providing our children with a safe and secure environment to develop and achieve in.
I have learnt more about legislation and how my role links to them.
I enjoyed learning and reminding myself about things I already knew.
The structure could have been better as at the end, there were things that needed to be completed but not linked to anything and nothing when in order.
I received support but would be more beneficial if they gave us more time as it can be difficult to manage with keyworker documents, work related tasks and personal life.
A lot, Phyl was easy to talk to and always offered help if I needed it.
Just helps you to learn and understand more about why we do this job as well as why it's important.
