I am a night receptionist in a Premier Inn. So I am checking in guests, make sure all paperworks are done for the day, keep the hotel quiet, clean and safe during the night. As It is a night shift I have to make sure everyone are comfortable in their rooms too.
I have learned how I have to be more professional and how to approach different types of guests and provide them with every information they require during their stay. Since the program started I feel .ore valuable part of the company and I feel I am improving my skills as well.
I like the group I am part of as well as my great teachers who are always there whenever I need any of them. I mean where could I just give a call and get answered by three or four teachers anytime they would always help me? I am so proud to know them.
It is very well organised with so much help during the programme. Everything are very clear and if I would ever have any issue I know I can always ask for help however the programme is so simple it helps me so much to keep on track with my work.
So Im half way thru this questionnaire. Anyway I get all support I require even more from my employer. Since I work for this company for almost four years now I know them very well and my manager is like one of my family member. They always help me whenever I need.
She is always available to help me. Trust me I email her and call her many times about small questions and yes she is always helping me so kind and the company also supporting the way they made the apprenticeship motivating and easy to get thru. I am happy I have started it.
Lets see during my future. I think it will help me so great to build up better relationship with the people around me so yes it will be great but lets see as I have so much time left until August to finish this course. Only few months, they will fly.
As I am a night team member at the moment I didnt have too many of this as in my working time most people are sleeping. However I have been promised that in the future I will be able to join some activities and I am looking forward to see it.
