Meeting the needs of individuals to help them maintain a happy life
I have learnt that care is different for each person and care involves not only assisting with daily needs but also being a pesons voice ,emotional support and friend
I enjoy it very much and I can see I am learning and makes me see I am achieving
Very well organised with plenty of time to complete and support at all times
Anything at all ,my manager and team are always happy to help.we promote a family atmosphere and the doors always open to everyone for anything just come and ask
My provider is awesome she is always there to answer a question and always tells me how well iv done and doing
Its made me realise what I do with out thinking just as a reaction like showing emotional support makes a difference and that's what I want ,I want to make a person feel I have done my job to the best of my ability
As a team we have monthly meetings and 6 weekly get together were we all meet up outside of the work place
