Showroom trading manager, installation management, staff absence, rota, training, support, health and safety, customer services, open and close the store, cash up, manage subcontractors, liason with board members, work within a team of 80 people and manage 12 directly
Terminology is something I struggled with but through this course I've learnt I know more than I realised
I love the feeling of being part of a community. There is always someone in hand to help
