  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Currently my role is an 'Apprentice Manager' and I am in my second year of the apprenticeship. During the first year I completed a level 2 in retail knowledge as a 'Store Apprentice' On a daily basis I work stock to ensure that products are kept on sale and I also have to make sure that the store is looking presentable to customers at all times. I also have to make sure that all tasks are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst maintaining high levels of customer service. I am currently learning how to run the store and I am being given an insight into what management roles involve and what is needed to become a good manager.
