Managing capacity of stores, balancing activity vs capacity hours, leading a team of schedulers, managing supplier contracts & overseeing the issues log between head office and stores.
Yes, chimp paradox has helped me hugely. Managing people and other skills have helped me become a better manager.
Mostly, there is room for improvement in terms of the way you are coached and the communication, timings and support.
Well organised, we are told in advance around workshops.
My employer helps supports me 100%, cannot fault it.
I am supported as much as I wish, I know my coach is there if I need them.
There are ways in which it definitely help, but some stuff is a little obvious, could be spoken around personal expeirnces more
